The condo is in a great location with access to all parts of the island. Dave was such a great host and was really helpful and communicative regarding our needs for the trip. Would be happy to stay with him on future trips.

Safeway right across the street. Coconut market place very close . The a/c worked great .Having full size washer and dryer a plus .Loved having meals on lanai.Right on the ocean, beautiful view. People above us very loud .Needs big beach/ pool towels.

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your overall stay and the sunrises you get at this property are out of this world! As this unit is part of a beachfront condo complex, there are neighboring units beside and above it, so some noise from other guests can occasionally occur. While the central location makes it convenient to explore Kauai, it may not be the quietest accommodation for those seeking a more secluded setting. There are also several beautiful beaches nearby if you'd like to explore beyond the beach directly in front of the unit. Beach towels are provided in the unit as well. Mahalo for your stay

Great central location, easy drive to Princeville and Poipu area. Beautiful ocean view from the patio, convenient to Ross and Safeway which is across the street! Condo pretty equipped and we were able to cook some meals!

The unit is well equipped. There are beach chairs and equipment supplied. The view is incredible. The elevator is nice for seniors. We're planning to return in a year or two. Qing Qing and Dave are great hosts. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great time. Wilf and Karen.

Great choice for our mother/daughter trip

Amazing stay in Kapaa

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Location is central to lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stay in Kauai!
