This guesthouse gem is the perfect place to hang your hat while exploring Austin. The guesthouse has a private entrance, lovely outdoor area, and spacious and stylish interiors. It's perfect for a traveling couple, pair of friends, or small family looking to stay in one of the best Austin neighborhoods. Loads of cool coffee shops, restaurants, and parks are within walking distance with all of downtown Austin just a 10 minute uber away. This boho spot is an Austin gem!

This guesthouse gem is located in the heart of Brentwood, which has all of the best Austin spots. Across the street is the favorite, Bird Bird Biscuit with their famous fried chicken biscuits and Brentwood Social House is a block away with perfect coffee and drinks. Within a 2 to 5 minute drive from the house, you have Homesclice Pizza, Stiles BBQ, Bufalina, The Peached Tortilla, and Fonda San Miguel....which is quite literally a line up of Austin's best local restaurants. Also a few minutes away is The Thinkery, The Blanton, and shopping beyond your heart's content.

This guesthouse is situated near a busy commercial street. There's a large privacy fence and about a block between the house and the commercial area, so it's great for a quiet and private stay but super accessible to lots of activity. There's a convenience store a half a block away for last minute drinks and snacks, a coffee shop two blocks away, and a breakfast restaurant with killer fried chicken biscuits across the street.
We don't have many rules for this place, we just ask guests to be quiet outside after 10pm and to leave the place like you found it. Thank you!

Very comfortable stay with designated parking and solid location in Austin. Most of where we wanted to go was within 15 minutes. VRBO was well kept and check in/check out was a breeze.

Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and ice cold AC! This was important to us, as we were moving our son to Austin in triple digit heat and it was nice to come back here and cool off.

A Delightful Place to Stay

Oh, I *loved* staying here. It was such a nice place...really good appliances, nice dishes and plenty of utensils. Gorgeous shower, convenient parking, cute patio. Attention to detail down to the assortment of books in the living room. Ample closet and storage space. I can't think of one single improvement to suggest. Comfortable bed, convenient location. Definitely gets a 5-star + rating.

Austin Visit

Great property location and the property was very clean. It would be nice if there was more than one kitchen towel available, if there was a toaster, and a new coffee pot. The one available just boiled away the coffee it made with lots of sounds. Other than these 3 minor pieces it was a great VRBO and we plan on staying there again! Thank you!

A Convenient Modern Pied-a-terre in residential North Austin

We stayed in the downstairs section of this 2-story duplex. There were no problems with noise from the other guests during our 4-night stay. The neighborhood is calm and residential. The property is very modern and all the features were in good repair and worked perfectly, including the washer & dryer. We always cook on our stays, and we found the kitchen was well-provisioned. The whole place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower is particularly nice. The duplex is in walking distance of a few good restaurants and there is an HEB grocery a few blocks away. This is handy because it's no fun to drive in Austin anymore. An off-street parking space is provided. Business and communications with the hosts went smoothly. We would not hesitate to stay in this little house again.

Austin weekend trip

Overall the apartment is in a great location. The neighborhood is nice with plenty of things near by. Quiet location with plenty of privacy. Only con was the televisions did not connect to the internet so no TV. For my stay that didn't matter to me but if you have kids to entertain may be a downside to consider. I would stay there again though.
