A manicured park. Waves crashing along the Lake Michigan.

When you`re here, you`re given a bird’s eye view of Chicago’s Front Yard, or more commonly known as Grant Park.

Drop your bags in your private space, complete with cozy beds, sky-high ceilings, and expansive windows allowing sunlight to pour in.

Make your way to the fitness center for a quick workout and then grab a breath of fresh air on the rooftop.

Time to hit the pavement. Saunter the art-filled halls at the Art Institute of Chicago. Wander past the 19th-century mansions on Prairie Avenue. Then fill your belly at The Dearborn (we recommend the mouth-watering fish and chips). Trade your sneakers for your go-to night-out pair. Let your ears guide you to the bustling bars. Try a new cocktail. Or order a pint and join the locals as they cheer on the Cubs.

Once you get inside the building, you walk all the way back to the service elevator because it is the only elevator that takes you to the 12th floor Penthouse floor.

Once to the floor, you walk to your apartment. Once in the apartment, you will find a modern space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a living room equipped with TV.

You have private, full access to the unit, the shared rooftop, and the shared gym

The South Loop is one of Chicago`s most dynamic neighborhoods, blending world-class attractions, rich history, and vibrant city life.

To the east, you`ll find the Museum Campus, home to the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Adler Planetarium, all set along the scenic lakefront. Nearby is Grant Park—Chicago`s `front yard`—which hosts major events like Lollapalooza, Taste of Chicago, and the Chicago Blues Festival. Also in the area are Northerly Island, Soldier Field, and McCormick Place, the nation`s largest convention center.

The neighborhood is equally rich in history. Motor Row and Prairie Avenue showcase Chicago`s past, including the former `Millionaire`s Row` of grand 19th-century mansions. In nearby Printer`s Row, historic publishing buildings have been transformed into lofts, while independent bookstores, restaurants, theaters, music venues, and museums continue to give the area its unique character.

Our home is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Harrison and Roosevelt CTA stations. We generally recommend skipping a rental car and exploring the city by foot, public transit, or rideshare.

*There is a flight of stairs to access the elevator

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you and your guests with a starter pack of toilet papers

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Q: Is the Gym and Rooftop shared?
A: Yes, it is shared so please be respectful of other tenants and guests using the space.

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags with Radical Storage near our property. It allows you to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn`t trust any listing with which this isn`t the case.

Q: What about parking?
A: We don’t recommend driving because we are so centrally located. You may find a lot or garage nearby for $18-30 / night. There are multiple garages or valet services within 2 blocks.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What`s my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!

No Agency Relationship. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to authorize or empower either party to act as agent for the other party to this Agreement, or to conduct business in the name, or for the account, of the other party to this Agreement.

Refund Processing Policy
In the event of a guest-initiated cancellation, any bank fees or payment processing charges incurred will be the responsibility of the guest and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refundable Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be held or authorized (not charged) by Chicago Hospitality Club on your card. Any property damage or extra charges may be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is automatically released 3 days after checkout.

Extra Guest Charge
The base price covers 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, there is an extra guest fee of $15 per guest for the full number of nights.
Example: 1 extra guest for a 5-night stay = $15 × 5 nights = $75.

Keys & AirTags
Some keys or fobs may have an AirTag attached for loss prevention. AirTags are used only to locate lost keys and are never used to track guests. Guests are not required to carry the key at all times, but we recommend keeping the AirTag attached to help avoid replacement charges if the key is misplaced.

Unresponsive Guest
If a guest remains unresponsive, we may cancel the reservation. For same-day bookings, the response window is up to 2 hours; for all other bookings, up to 8 hours. This helps us maintain availability and provide the best guest experience.
Guest Verification
As part of our vetting process, we may ask guests to confirm a few details — such as their names, ages, where they’re traveling from, or their travel plans — before accepting a booking. In some cases, we may also request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. This helps us ensure that all stays are safe, transparent, and in line with our house policies.

Online Check-In & Rental Agreement Required
Before receiving check-in instructions, all primary guests must complete our online check-in form and review/sign our rental agreement. This helps verify guest details and ensures a smooth, secure arrival.

Security Deposit (Families with Young Children)
A security deposit may be required for groups traveling with two or more children under 14 years old, as a precaution against accidental damage and cleaning. The deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage to the property after a standard post-checkout inspection.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The VRBO was conveniently located to both the blue and red lines, coffee shops, and restaurants! We really enjoyed access as well to both the rooftop terrace and the gym. Communication with the owners was also great as they were very prompt on getting back to our questions. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment. Plenty of room for the four of us. Right next to the rooftop deck with fantastic views of the Chicago skyline and Museum campus. Short walk to the aquarium, Field museum, Art institute, and the “bean”. Tour bus stop was only 1/2 block away. Best restaurant was Flo and Santos about 15 minute walk. The location is perfect for seeing the Chicago sights.

It was a great spot for my husband, 10-year-old son, and mother-in-law to stay while we checked out the sites around the city. Several museums are within walking distance. Tons of amazing restaurants are close by or a short ride-share away. We had shared rooftop access with an amazing view of the lake and skyscrapers. The apartment was cute and clean. The hosts were super communicative. The check in process was good. Getting to the room is kind of odd, but they even drew a map which was super helpful. The only thing that I would suggest is putting the pertinent information (the front door codes and the room codes) right on the top- Circled and highlighted It’s stressful for us tourists getting to where we needed to be, then keeping all of the codes and QR codes for doors and parking and everything else can be a lot. It was a great experience. I would definitely go back. Thank you!

Great location and property

My daughter and I took a trip to Chicago and I was looking for a place that was close to the museums and public transit and I'm very glad I found this one. We were an easy walk to the Field Museum and the Art Institute of Chicago. It was a short walk to catch the red line to go see a Cubs game one day then to see a White Sox game another day. The orange line is close by which made getting to/from Midway extremely easy and cheap. Prior to check in the owners sent a very detailed explanation of entering the property which was extremely helpful. The place was very safe and secure. They also provided a list of restaurant recommendations which was helpful. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Our favorites were Eleven City Diner for breakfast and lunch, Niu B which had amazing and well priced sushi extremely close to the property, and we splurged to go to The Chicago Firehouse for a wonderful steak dinner. There were several good options for deep dish pizza including Lou Malnati's and Giordano's.I can't recommend this place more.
