We had a wonderful host. The only complaint I have is the mold in the bathroom and the vents blowing out dust hard core. It’s a cute place to stay at for the weekend though.
We stayed here to visit Fisk University, it is right next to it and super convenient. The owner gave us an upgrade to a different unit with a bigger master bed, which was very sweet.
We went down for a bachelorette party. Nashville is a big busy place. And as a group of girls it was nice to know we would be safe in our room at night. There’s a gate that requires a passcode, a door that requires a passcode to enter the building and then your room as well. It was locked down, and assured us we would be safe at night. The room was clean and had all the appliances you could think of. Clean towels and extra sheets. It was perfect for my group. The only problem we ran into was the below neighbor was unhappy of our presence. She even came up to our room angry. We we’re not being obnoxious. It was only 6pm and we were getting dressed to go out into town for the night. Once she said something we tried to be extra quiet. And headed out shortly after. The host (kindly) contacted us about it as well because of her complaints and got our side of the story. She continued to complain to the host even while we we’re gone. We made sure to enter in quietly once we got back. The room was perfect. Clean and comfy. Host is kind.

The Vibe
Safety was a concern there is a rug with a bent corner we keep tripping over. No cleaning supplies or everyday supplies. Check in was not great it was right at 4 when I got codes to the apartment should have known that sooner. Sometimes it’s the little things that counts.
