Our beautiful, one bedroom, Riverfront Apartment is in the PERFECT location! We are super close to downtown (just over a mile!) yet far enough away to take a break and relax on our private deck right on the Cumberland River!

We have a cozy 1 bed 1 bath home right by the river!
Sleep comfortably in the bedroom on a King size bed or the living room on our Queen size sofa sleeper or Queen sized air mattress. Our kitchen has everything you will need to make yourself at home, whether you just need the microwave or want to cook a full meal! We also have a Keurig single serve coffee maker and supply a few pods to get you going. The home has a cozy living room that is perfect for relaxing and watching our cable tv. There is a community pool that is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (depending on weather).
Our guests have access to the entire home and we use a keyless entry system, so you don't have to worry about sharing or losing a key!
We will not be on sight, but are local and available any time!
We are located about 1 mile from Broadway, right on the Cumberland River! We are very close to everything you could possibly want to do/see.
Uber/Lyft rides are always available 24hrs a day. You can ride scooters anywhere around the city and of course we have plenty of free parking if you are bringing your own vehicle.
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
