Welcome to Nashville! Conveniently located on the Cumberland River between Germantown and downtown Nashville, our condo puts you in the middle of the best that Nashville has to offer. Nissan (Tennessee Titans) Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman Auditorium, Broadway and The Country Music Hall of Fame are all a short walk or Uber ride away. The Germantown neighborhood is undergoing a renaissance and begs for you to explore it's pubs and restaurants. When you stay with us, you really are in the middle of the action!
Our inviting one bedroom condo accomodates up to 4 adults. We have all the amenities you need whether you are staying for the weekend or a month! The bedroom features a comfy queen sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and and ample furnishings to accomodate your needs during your stay. The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, dining table with seating for four, and a small bar with stemware, ice bucket and bar tools. A fully equipped kitchen will meet whatever needs you have, from cooking a full meal to coffee and bagels in the morning. Enjoy high speed internet and cable on a large Sony flat screen TV. Enjoy your music through our bluetooth Sonos speakers. Finally, mix a cocktail or pour a glass of wine and relax on the balcony. Facing west, it offers superb sunsets and views of the Nashville skyline. Both the workout room and laundry facility are located in our building and there is covered, free parking on the premises.
