Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the light-filled living and dining area with its inviting fireplace.
The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the resort's picturesque marina, and the spacious terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast with a panoramic view of the harbor.
The well-equipped kitchen is ready for you to conjure up delicious meals for your loved ones.
A washing machine is available in the guest WC, making longer stays a breeze.
The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms.
One bedroom has a welcoming double bed, while the other is furnished with two single beds that can easily be arranged to form a double bed.
Another highlight awaits you in the spacious bathroom, which is equipped with an inviting whirlpool tub, a refreshing shower, and a double vanity.
On the top floor, you'll find a studio furnished as an additional cozy living room.
From here, you can access the rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Wow, was für ein tolles Haus Toller Ausblick, schöne Lage und super groß. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Der Schlüssel-Tresor ist eine super Sache. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kurzurlaub

Von der Wohnung waren wir begeistert alles war so wie beschrieben. Bei der Sauberkeit mussten wir kurz reklamieren wurde dann aber umgehend behoben. Wir hatten schöne Tage mit einer super Aussicht von allen Räumen und Terrassen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles notwendige war in der Küche vorhanden. Es ist jedoch für mich nicht nachvollziehbar wie manche Menschen eine so schöne Wohnung nicht so sauber verlassen können wie sie sie übernommen haben . Wir konnten den Eierkocher nicht benutzen da er sehr stark verschmutzt war, es waren sogar noch eingebrannt Reste vorhanden. Habe ihn dann gereinigt weil wir die letzten Mieter waren und das Ganze wäre dann auf uns zurück gekommen. Das Reinigungspersonal ist für solche Sachen in meinen Augen nicht zuständig , denn es kan ja nicht der ganze Bestand an Küchenutensilien überprüft werden hier muss jeder Mieter etwas tun.
