Enjoy your stay at the charming “Dockside” holiday home, perfectly located right on the marina in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, with a magnificent view of the harbour basin. This family-friendly wooden townhouse offers 100 square metres of space across two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people—and your dog is welcome, too.

MODERN AND FULLY EQUIPPED
In the cosy living area, a wood-burning stove provides warm comfort, and the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating for maximum comfort in every season . Two bedrooms on the upper floor ensure restful nights during your holiday and a breathtaking view the moment you wake up. The first features a cosy double bed and access to the balcony, while the second is equipped with two single beds.

RELAXATION AND A HARBOR VIEW FROM THE TERRACE
The terrace, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a grill offers a fantastic view of the maritime activity on the water all the way to the Baltic Sea. Just a 3-minute walk away, Olpenitz Beach invites you to relax, play, and swim on its fine sandy beach.

MAXIMUM COMFORT
A modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest bathroom on the ground floor, offer additional comfort.
You can park your car right next to the house—free of charge, of course. Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored safely in the lockable shed.

Sowas haben wir leider nicht oft erlebt. Und nicht zu vergesseb - der tolle Service von Meerzeit für Ferien. Absolut spitze! Wir kommen wieder !!!

wir waren das fünfte Mal im Ferienresort Olpenitz und das Dockside war die schönste Unterkunft bisher. Wir haben einen sehr kurzweiligen 3-Generationen-Urlaub dort verbringen dürfen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr einladend, gemütlich, sauber, mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Dankeschön !
