Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Check carefully for your personal belongings. We aren't responsible for lost or left items. 2. Make sure all water sources are in the OFF position.
3. Place all towels & linen on top of the washer machine. 4. Remove all food & drink products from the refrigerator and discard them in the trash bag. Tie the bag. Throw away in can outside.
5. Turn off and unplug the coffee maker, toaster, and mixer (if any). 6. Set the AC to 80 degrees. 7. Turn off all lights & ceiling fans. 8. Lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit(s). Discard responsibly- that includes ashes & cigarette butts and do not throw on the grounds.

Not happy

Paid extra for the use of the hot tub, which was not up and running for 2 days, maintenance was there working all day on ladders which ended up with 2 dents in my brand new truck, was not happy!
