Welcome to the Florida - Resort Style Community! You will come to a great place to spend time with family and /or friends. A community well maintained and has 24/7 security. There are two pools in the area and two hot tubs. One of the pools' has a gorgeous ocean view. Gym, sauna for your convenience in the main building.In the unit you will have two separate bedrooms with bathrooms and common area with comfy sofas and TV. Master bedroom has a TV as well. Small balcony in the unit is set up with 2 chairs and a table. In the kitchen you will find all you need to serve the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 2 cafes on the first floor of the building. Walking distance to the ocean. Jet Ride Boat Club. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, Parks and beaches..

We have been living in Florida since 2015. This is a beautiful place with many possibilities. Our business - Independent Contractor - House Flipping - led us to open another one, such as the Tourist Business. And we love it. It is happiness when people feel happy and relax in Vacation-Rentals!
Why they chose this property
This property was built in 2005 as a hotel, but then they decided to sell the apartments. That is why it looks like a resort and has all the features of a resort style. Great for relaxing!
What makes this property unique
There are two restaurants, two pools, two jacuzzi. Fitness room and sauna for our guests.
