The 3 star apartments, 40 m² and 50 m² with views of the Chiemsee with its islands and the Chiemgau Alps from Watzmann to Wendelstein. It is five minutes to the lake and in the place. Well suited for seminar, conference and course participants.
The apartments, with private entrance, are located on the first floor. The bedroom is equipped for 2 persons, double bed with wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC. The living rooms with additional sleeping facilities (2 pers.) And well equipped kitchenette, electric stove with oven and fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. A cozy corner seat with television, radio and Wi-Fi. The living room includes a beautiful southeast balcony.
Specialties: Allergy friendly, as well as smoke-free (smokers have the opportunity to dodge the balcony) and no permanently laid carpets. The apartments are tiled throughout or with laminate. Separate entrance and parking at the house. Pets on request. Washing machine and dryer use possible.
