About this property

Welcome to this beautifully renovated open concept home located on a large corner lot. You’ll love the open and bright space. Outside you’ll find a large screened in area with a private heated salt pool, grill, dining for 6, outdoor seating as well as a fenced in yard with deck and lounge chairs. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is just minutes away from some of the most desired beaches, great dining options and amazing shopping.

Another perk available only to our rental guests is the ability to join us for a half (3hrs) or full day (6hrs) on our private 35 foot boat. The boat is equipped with luxury seating, tons of storage, and an amazing sound system. We will take you to beautiful beaches and sand bars that one can only get to by boat. Quiet Gem

We loved the pretty, quiet neighborhood, the lovely updated environment, and the spacious living area and beautifully appointed bedrooms. Fast communication with the owner for answers to questions and resolution of any minor issues made this a good experience for us.

Feb 2023 golf trip

Property was beautiful. Owners were very responsive. Home was very clean and well kept. Beds were extremely comfortable. Was a little disappointed that the grill was electric not gas. But we cooked on it several times and it worked well. We were there for the month of February which was a bit cool. Didn't use the pool much as the water was too chilly. Overall, a great house.

Bradenton Vacay w/ Family

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place and great location - so convenient for everything we wanted to do and the location made it very easy to visit other family in Bradenton and Palmetto. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were so comfortable and cozy. Loved the decor, lighting and house design/layout. We’ll plan to stay again!!!
