We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. The “pros” were the large living and kitchen area. The interior was clean and looked to have been renovated. The pool was very nice and the location was great for us. The “cons” were the overall condition of the house (and surrounding properties). The yard, front door and general appearance were not maintained. There was hardly any hot water in guest bathroom and the sliding glass door no longer slides without a LOT of effort. And there were flies. Many flies around doorways, on the ceiling, in the showers etc.

The house was immaculate; the host responded in a timely manner. Did have to reach out unclear on how to open sliding door, problem connecting to internet & main tv - clear listed instructions would have been helpful to not have to bother owner; did not like that kitchen window & sliding door did not have coverings- shades or curtains; The kitchen had very basic essentials in the fridge with some nice welcoming drinks, however only salt & pepper for condiments, not even a ziplock bag or foil just as a starter. No USB ports throughout the house, not a heated pool; no ink in the printer; Master bedroom had no dresser or luggage holder - all items had to be placed on bathroom counter or floor; few patio chairs were ripped.

Hi Peter, Thank you for staying at the Pool House and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you found the house immaculate and that we were able to help quickly when you reached out. Regarding the pool, we’re sorry it wasn’t heated during your stay. This was caused by a temporary issue on the community’s side, outside of our control, and it has since been resolved. We also appreciate your other suggestions and have taken note of each one. We’re preparing a clear house guide with instructions for the sliding door, Wi-Fi and TV, and we’re reviewing window coverings, kitchen basics, charging options, bedroom storage and the patio furniture. Feedback like yours helps us make the Pool House even better for future guests. Thank you again, and we hope to welcome you back! Best regards, The Pool House Team

This property was very clean, nicer than even the online pictures show it. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to leave the porch light on for those arriving late (I struggled with the lockbox a bit), and a couple of lawn chairs by the pool would be very helpful for those days lounging by the pool.

We had a great stay! Ana was very accommodating when we wanted to move our travel up a day and arrive a little early so we could change after our flight. They home is beautiful and they had everything we could need. We picked up some food at the local Publix (only 5 minutes away) and made breakfast and dinner before and after our golfing. Would recommend and plan on staying again next year!

The home needs some TLC but overall is satisfactory and clean. The two issues we had were the primary bathroom had an issue with lack of hot water….did all we could but couldn’t understand why the bath and shower lacked hot water. They’re separate from one another so why?? Weird. Also the living room TV wasn’t logged in to Roku and no channels were available until we signed up using our private email etc. Did that so we could relax in the evening but when we left had to delete everything…once again very weird. Lastly the lack of paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper was inconvenient. Overall this place could be amazing but the lack of detail leaves it lacking.

This house was perfect for us as a mixed group - my husband and I, my brother and our mother. The house was spotless and well equipped, TVs in every room, and we loved the large island in the kitchen for dining. Beach chairs and a cooler were available for the beach, which was much appreciated. We also made use of the community facilities which were clean and really well kept. Location was great for us, close to beaches, shopping facilities (love Publix being so close!), a great shopping mall, Sarasota, Tampa, and even Orlando if the mood takes you.

Fun family getaway

My family just recently rented this property for 6 days over the 4th of July week. The house is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was a huge bonus and was loved by all ages. It is close to a lot of beaches and also located near some tasty restaurants and shopping centers. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to all and would book again.

Beautiful home at a great location

The home itself is gorgeous, and it’s centrally located in a great community. Publix is only 4 minutes away, and Walmart 7 minutes. This is the perfect location if you are looking to spend time at the beach but also relax with your family at a beautiful home. I couldn’t be happier with this home.

Bradenton Regatta

We had a fabulous stay for our weekend of boat racing! There was room for our entire crew to stay comfortably! The house was very clean and open. We would 100% rent again!!! My only suggestion would be to provide a little more supplies, such as wine openers, spices, like even salt and pepper, and bowls in the kitchen.

Family respite

This beautiful home on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect landing place for our family of 10. The pool provided great entertainment and relaxation, and the large kitchen counter top is perfect for chatting while cooking. Four bedrooms and a gorgeous master bathroom, gives plenty of retreat space for you, your teenagers/family members. There is minimal lighting on the lanai, so not as easy to hang out by the pool after dark, but it’s cool enough at night in February, that being inside is a better option anyway. Would definitely stay here again!

Golf outing group

I have stayed at this porperty before and for some reason my previous review did not show up as favorable. It showed that I only gave the property 2 stars even though my review stated that I enjoyed the property very much.I'm guessing that I must of misclicked on the star rating part. The house was spotless when our group arrived and worked well for gathering in the extra large kitchen area. I would difinately rent this property again.Mick B.

Cockroaches and Ghost Ants

Except for the bugs, the property was very nice inside. Outside yard and patio needed attention. There were several sticker weeds growing in the cracks of the patio that I had to pull to prevent my dog from getting stickers. We were able to reach the property managers and they arranged for exterminator and lanai repairs quickly.
