Nice apartment, directly on the south beach of Fehmarn for rent. The apartment is completely renovated and furnished, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The beach is about 150m, the marina about 100m. Dogs are allowed, a dog beach is in the immediate vicinity, and is within walking distance. A private parking lot is located directly in front of the house. The in 1. The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily reached by a lift. It has a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave. Numerous shops and leisure facilities (boat rental, bike rental, kite surfing) complete the recreational opportunities. There are also many bars and restaurants.

Super Lage, klein und fein
Der ganze Komplex ist eben aus einer anderen Zeit, was aber nicht schlimm ist und die Nähe zum Meer macht es gleich viel schöner. Das Appartment ist klein aber alles ist da und in einem guten Zustand. An eigenen Stelle könnte es etwas mehr Liebe um Detail geben und vielleicht auch mal neue Wandfarbe. Zeitgemäß wäre vielleicht auch mehr als ein DVD-Player.
Was wirklich gar nicht gut war, war die Sauberkeit. Spülmaschine noch voll mit dreckigem Geschirr, Staub gewischt oder gesaugt wurde auch länger nicht. Matratzenbeüge und Bettdecken voller Flecken. Das war echt nicht schön.
