The apartment "Small beach pearl" is on the ground floor of a three-story house and offers you a cozy and modern holiday accommodation for your time out by the sea.
Whether for two or for the family, these 35m2 are a real space miracle. The separate bedroom is perfect as a children's room, the second bed (a double bed) is harmoniously separated from the living room by a room divider. The small kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers. A beach chair directly on the beautiful south beach is available during your stay in our apartment for the beach chair season (01.05.-01.10.).

Ein perfekter Urlaub...

Wir haben uns in der "kleinen Strandperle" sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein gepflegter Sandstrand inkl. Strandkorb befinden sich fußläufig ein paar Meter entfernt und die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder rundeten unseren Erholungsurlaub ab. Wir kommen "gerne" wieder!!!

Süße moderne eingerichte Wohnung

Kontakt mit der Eigentümern super nett und mit der Agentur Sanner auch . Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Fahrräder waren super kann mir nicht erklären in der Bewertung zuvor das sie nicht gut sind . Wohnung wie auf den Bildern toll eingerichtet. Nur was wir jetzt nicht so toll fanden war dieser Wohnkomplex Plattenbau so hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt ist Geschmacksache, unsers war es nicht aber dafür war der Strand super nah. Nur was wirklich ausbaufähig ist ist die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war Sand überall sogar auf den Betten und ja das Bad war auch nicht gerade sauber. Haben dann selbst nochmal Hand angelegt. Ansonsten waren alles super.

Apartment wie beschrieben

Wohnung wie beschrieben und passend der Bilder. Die Wohnung ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus an sich trifft nicht ganz unseren Geschmack. Es ist halt eine Wohnanlage. Alles sehr anonym und kühl gehalten. Dies soll aber nicht in die Bewertung einfließen. Kleine Mängel wie der fehlende Kinderstuhl und defekter Wasserhahn in der Küche wurden umgehend behoben. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung aber ausbaufähig. Die Eigentümerin hat zugesichert sich darum, ebenso wie um einen Toilettendecken, da dieser schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, zu kümmern. Ein neuer WLAN-Router wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes installiert, es funktioniert nun einwandfrei. Der fehlende DVD- Player soll ebenfalls kurzfristig ersetzt werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der Vermittlung Sanner war stets sehr freundlich und einwandfrei! Leider wird die Wohnung künftig zu eng für uns mit Kind. Sonst würden wir sicher überlegen nochmals zu kommen.

Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen

Die Insel ist sehr schön und mit dem Wetter hatten wir wirklich Glück! Die Wohnung ist ok, das ganze Objekt aber ziemlich abgerockt. Trotz Angabe war kein DVD Player vorhanden! Und das WLAN hat in 2023 wegen technischen Problemen nicht funktioniert! Ein NoGo! Die Fahrräder kann man nicht wirklich benutzen, aber es gibt in der Nähe einen Fahrradverleih. Zudem ist das Handynetz auf Fehmarn nur noch peinlich! Am Strand wird man vom dem dänischen Netz begrüßt! Die Vermieter waren aber sehr freundlich! Der Hausverwalter hat jeglichen persönlichen Kontakt gemieden.
