Holiday in our comfortable apartment in direct proximity to water and beach on Germany's sunniest island: Fehmarn. Here you can feel good.
Our apartment is located in the Stranddistelweg, house 58, 23769 Fehmarn, in direct proximity to the south beach, just a minute's walk away. The apartment has its own parking space in front of the house.

The apartment has been modernized and carefully furnished in recent years. It is 35 square meters (1. Etage, elevator), offers views over the beautiful marina and the lake, consists of a living room / bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The Non smoking apartment is modern equipped for 2-3 people.
Living room with sofa, two armchairs and separate dining table group; Mobile phone, CD / radio, flat screen with satellite TV, DVD player including small selection of films, toys and books; Wardrobe. A double wardrobe bed can be easily folded out without difficulty.
Side room with two separate beds, a three-door wardrobe and a desk.
Light-colored kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, egg and kettle, and Quirler. The bathroom features a round shower and of course a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.

In Burgtiefe you expect a fine sandy beach in a unique south facing, just a minute's walk from our apartment. It can hardly be shorter.
All other amenities are in the immediate vicinity: the fresh breakfast bread, treats at the kiosk, ice cream parlors, supermarket, restaurants, new bathing area with wave and sauna, Vitarium, large and small adventure playgrounds, tennis courts, marina, spa clinic for mother and child. Depending on the season, there are also events and offers by the spa administration, such as morning gymnastics, beach ball and the Kasperle Theater.
And for the everyday things of life, of course, also provided: supermarkets, laundrette, bike rentals, beach chair rental.

Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben und sind bzw waren sehr zufrieden. Die kleine Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr geschickt möbliert. Es war sehr ruhig, von Nachbarn über, unter oder neben uns hat man kaum etwas gehört. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! PS: Zu überlegen wäre nur, ob eventuell ein Abtropfbrett für gespültes Geschirr nicht sinnvoll wäre.

Sehr gut ausgestattete (außer Backofen) und perfekte Wohnung f. 2-3 Personen im 1.OG mit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, ideale Lage zum Strand, und alles andere ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziges kleines Manko ist eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarwohungen im Haus. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut(Handtücher/Bettwäsche ist inclusive). Sehr freundliche Kontakte, unkomplizierte Schlüsselabholung, alles prima!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Hier möchte ich anmerken, dass die Markierungen schlecht zu erkennen sind und wir ca eine halbe Stunde den zugewiesen Parkplatz gesucht haben. Hilfreich wäre auch, wenn die Nummer der Wohnung angegeben würde. Aber nachdem wir diese kleinen Hindernisse überwunden haben, fing der Urlaub an. Bis nach Burg ist es nicht weit. Leider fährt der Bus nur einmal in der Stunde. Vielleicht besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die Linie 591 nach Puttgarden zumindest in der Haupsaison zweimal in der Stunde fährt so wie die Fähre auch. Zum Schluss teile ich noch mit, dass sich in der Wohnung ein kleiner Wandtresor befindet, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, da er verschlossen war. Vermutlich haben Vormieter vergessen, den Tresor offen zu lassen.

Die Wohnung war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und war ordentlich und sauber und sehr zentral gelegen . Die Umgebung war sehr schön und fußläufig der Südstrand und der Hafen in Neue Tiefe und Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort ! Die Nummern der Parkplätze die zu den Wohneinheiten gehören, sollten jedoch bei Zeiten mal erneuert bzw. neue Farbe bekommen! Es war nicht so einfach den richtigen Parkplatz zu finden, ohne Aussteigen und Nachsehen war es nicht möglich. Sonst war alles super!
