Our apartment is cozy and modern furnished for your holiday with stunning panoramic views to the marina. It is located on the second floor, this can be reached by a lift. In front of the house is a reserved / marked parking.
The cozy apartment comprises a living room / bedroom with 25m², a kitchenette and a shower room with washing machine and dryer. It was renovated in 2017 and is equipped for 2 persons.
Living room / bedroom:
This room has a double bed with drawers incl. Covered bed linen, a boxspring sofa bed, a small showcase, lowboard, wardrobe with mirrored door and a small dining table with chairs, high chair and travel cot on request. There is a new electric heating (no night storage heating), 3 windows, including 2 with insect repellent and blackout blinds in the room. The floor is laid out with laminate. A modern flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, a stereo with CD player, binoculars and games for the time being are provided for you.
Kitchen:
It is fully equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, a combination microwave oven with hot air oven function for baking, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Tassimo, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waffle maker, dishes, pots, egg cooker, cutlery u. S. W. The kitchen is laid with tiles.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, mirror cabinet, 2 wall cabinets, toilet, a washing machine and dryer. Towels, toothbrush cups, make-up mirror and a hairdryer are provided. The bathroom is tiled and has a hot air fan for cold days.
Further equipment:
Vacuum cleaner, various cleaning products for cleaning in between.
In the area you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday:
Beach chairs, restaurants, ice cream parlor, bakery, food market, playgrounds, surfing and kitesurfing, Quarkeria, marina with motorboat rental (with and without license) and sea water swimming pool (Fehmare). In the Vitarium you can play billiards and table tennis to pass the time in not so good weather.

Wundervoller Urlaub
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist super freundlich und unkompliziert. Genauso wie die Schlüsselübergabe und die sehr freundliche und sympathische Einweisung in die Wohnung. Es bleiben keine Fragen offen und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hell eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und Funktionalität. Der Ausblick auf den Binnenhafen ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Sie ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, um zu frühstücken oder aber auch mal zu kochen. Zudem ist die Lage wirklich hervorragend: direkt am Strand und vom Bett ein wunderschöner Panoramablick auf den Hafen, sodass man die Rollos gar nicht zuziehen möchte. Fußläufig besteht zudem die Möglichkeit Brötchen zu kaufen / frühstücken zu gehen sowie zu Abend zu essen. Uns standen zum Aufenthalt auch noch zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, sodass wir während unseres Aufenthalt gänzlich auf das Auto verzichten konnten und uns mit den Rädern fortbewegt haben.
Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich - Danke!

Urlaub auf Fehmarn
Die Wohnung ist super.
Alles was man braucht. Modern ausgestattet. Vom Bett aus kann man man den Jacht Hafen und das Meer sehen. TRAUM.
Der Bäcker zum morgendlichen Frühstück ist nur rund 100m entfernt.
Fahrräder sind vorhanden mit denen man die Insel erkunden kann.
Zum Meer sind es rund 120m
Die Vermieterinn ist super freundlich und holte mich vom Bahnhof ab um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Echt nicht selbstverständlich aber genial.
Danke für ein paar erholsame Tage.
Wir werden wieder kommen.
