A cosy and tastefully furnished holiday rental awaits you, featuring 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2–3 people.

The 65 m² holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house at Reiterkoppel 5a on a low-traffic street. A designated parking space is located directly in front of the house.

The bright and modernly furnished apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi) provided by a third-party provider.


The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (sleeping 2 and 3 people, respectively), 1 bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and underfloor heating, as well as a storage room with a washing machine. The balcony door and all windows in the holiday apartment are equipped with roller shutters for blackout.


The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished. It features an LED TV, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player. A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere in every season. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.


A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
Of course, there is plenty of dishes and cutlery available. Please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided.


The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped.
The underfloor heating and the towel warmer ensure a comfortably warm shower experience.
You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.


Additionally, an ironing board and an iron are available for your use.

The master bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed with high-quality mattresses in two firmness levels, and the children’s room has a bunk bed (lower bunk 140x200 cm and upper bunk 90x200 cm). In addition to the standard-sized blankets (135x200 cm), there is also a blanket measuring 155x220 cm in this apartment. However, we cannot provide rental linens for this large blanket.
A travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a changing pad are also available for our youngest guests.


From the living room, you step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace with a garden, which is perfect for relaxing and playing. For sunny afternoons and convivial barbecue evenings, garden furniture, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a grill are at your disposal. Recently, you can also enjoy the convenience of your own wicker chair on the terrace, allowing you to soak up the sun outdoors even on slightly cooler or windier days.




The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.

Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must directly follow the previous one and be immediately preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
