The lower level of the apartment features two bedrooms, (both equipped with a flat-screen TV) as well as a shower room, so that after a pleasant and sociable evening—whether in the privacy of your own space or in the shared living area—everyone can enjoy some well-deserved rest and wind down at the end of the day. The studio on the top floor features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a second shower room, and plenty of closet space. Thanks to this spacious studio on the second floor, which is equipped with a cosy couch and a flat-screen TV, two families or even multiple generations can holiday together in a total of 95 square metres without having to sacrifice their own private space. The living area is divided into a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area whose table can be extended if needed. The living area is comfortably and stylishly furnished with a sofa set; it also features a 46-inch flat-screen TV, a CD player with radio and Bluetooth, and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, and an immersion blender, as well as various baking dishes. There is plenty of dishware and silverware, as well as a wide variety of kitchen utensils. The two spacious bathrooms each have a shower. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink.

Pets are not allowed here. This is a non-smoking apartment. The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately islandwide. Bed linens and towels are not provided in the apartment but can be made available for a rental fee.


Location Description
This very well-maintained and cosy holiday apartment is located on the left side of the upper floor of the house at Bürgermeister-Fox-Straße 12 in the idyllic village of Neue Tiefe. From the living room, you step out onto the balcony and enjoy a fantastic view of the Fehmarnsund Bridge and the inland lake with its marinas in Burgtiefe and Burgstaaken.
