The terrace features a beach chair, and the garden has a slide and a swing for the children to enjoy as part of the shared use of the entire house.
This side of the house includes two parking spaces and a garden shed with room for your bicycles or water sports equipment.
Barbecuing is allowed in the garden, but for hygiene reasons, no grill is provided.

The semi-detached house has a total of four bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, while the full bathroom on the upper floor features both a shower and a bathtub.
The open, new kitchen is integrated into the spacious living room and is complemented by the dining area.
The large front terrace invites you to relax and unwind.


General Information
The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately islandwide.
Bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental but can be made available for a rental fee.
On the day of arrival, the holiday rental will be available to you starting at 4:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the holiday rental by 10:00 a.m.


Location Description
Petersdorf is a centrally located, small, compact town with all the amenities you need for daily life.
Supermarkets (Edeka and Aldi), a doctor’s office, restaurants, a kindergarten, a church, and other amenities are located in town.
Petersdorf has good transport connections and serves as an ideal starting point for bike tours to explore the archipelago.
