Semi-detached house for 6 people with a sauna in a beautiful residential area.

The holiday home is bright and lovingly furnished.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a large dining area for 6 people, a corner sofa, satellite TV, a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bathroom with a shower (accessible for people with disabilities).
Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bright bedrooms with double beds, 1 large, comfortable bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double sinks, and a sauna area, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.

A patio with patio furniture and a parasol, as well as a large lawn, await you.
Parking spaces are available at the house.
There is a small children’s playground right nearby (approx. 50 m).

Our holiday home “Wiesenblick” is located on Fehmarn on the outskirts of the town of Burg, between Burg (approx. 1.5 km) and the south beach and marina (approx. 2 km).
It is centrally located yet quiet.
The town centre, with its numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The house consists of two large units.
The ground floor (including the bathroom) is wheelchair accessible.
The house is located in a traffic-calmed zone.

A new development is being built behind the house; this may result in some noise under certain circumstances.

House A has a sauna, which you can book separately.
A high chair and a cot are available in the house.
The washing machine and dryer are available for free use.
Please do not smoke inside the house.
Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately island-wide.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the property but can be made available for a rental fee.
