Just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea, you’ll find our lovingly decorated “Heimathafen” apartment with a side view of the marina.
A bright and welcoming 29-square-meter apartment awaits you, featuring a cosy couch and a dining area in a one-bedroom unit on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with an lift and private parking.
The apartment underwent extensive renovations in 2021. All the furniture was replaced, and the living/sleeping area was fitted with underfloor heating and new vinyl flooring. In the bathroom, a new sink with a vanity cabinet was installed, and the shower enclosure was replaced.
This is a non-smoking holiday rental. The living/sleeping area features a new double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The flooring throughout the apartment is designed to be allergy-friendly. The entryway has a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (90x190), which is also suitable for adults (up to 100 kg). This separate sleeping area is accessible from the kitchen. The kitchenette features two hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and, of course, a coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee machine, and a toaster. You’ll find a renovated and modern bathroom with heated floors. For your entertainment, there’s a 32" LCD TV and a PlayStation 3. The sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. A high chair and a travel cot are available.
This holiday rental includes a beach chair right on Südstrand, which is available free of charge during the season (May 1–September 30).

Our apartment is located between the marina and the beach in Burgtiefe on Fehmarn and is very close to the beach. Within a one-minute walk, you can reach the fine-sand South Beach and begin your beach holiday or take leisurely walks along the South Beach promenade. Complemented by the marina with its sailboats, you’ll be surrounded by water and fresh sea air “all around and in its purest form.”
The holiday apartment is located directly on the Südstrand of the “Sun Island” Fehmarn. The ideal place to relax and feel at home. The South Beach offers you every opportunity to make your holiday varied and interesting. In addition to long walks on the beach and a swim in the Baltic Sea, you can go kitesurfing, surfing, sailing, or take a motorboat ride. The children’s playgrounds also offer plenty of variety for the little ones, so there’s never a dull moment. Or treat yourself to a good meal and a delicious cocktail at one of the restaurants on the South Beach.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy charge may apply. Detailed information on this can be found in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
