The apartment is easily accessible on the ground floor of house No. 8 directly on the south beach of the island of Fehmarn. Through the exit of the house you can directly access the beach.

The apartment is well equipped for three to four people. It has a cozy living room with a large double bed, a separate bedroom for one or two people, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright shower room. Laminate flooring is laid in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom and entrance area are brightly tiled.

Gute Lage!

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage am Südstrand, zum Strand läuft man 2 min. Zudem ist der nächste Spielplatz auch direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt auf Fehmarn, bei bestem Wetter, sehr genossen. ☀️⚓️

Mittelmäßige Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Vorweg...Fehmarn ist definitiv einen Urlaub wert. Vorallem mit Kindern. Traumhaft schöne Strände, mit Burg eine urige Altstadt und viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst war von den Räumlichkeiten absolut ok für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Die Sauberkeit hat leider sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck. Im Badezimmer und in der Küche lockere Steckdosen. Der Badezimmerlüfter war total verdreckt. Die Toilettenbürste jeneits von Gut und Böse. Ausgelaufene Batterien im Küchenschrank. Unter dem Bett alte Socken vom Vormieter und jede Menge Staub und Dreck. Balkonboden mit Unkraut übersät. Da waren wir wirklich sehr enttäuscht und werden das auch der Vermieterin mitteilen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnblock. Vom Balkon aus schaut man auf die vorderen Häuser. Das Meer kann man nicht sehen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein mega toller Spielplatz für die Kinder. Der Strand ist auch wunderschön. Morgens kann man fußläufig frische Brötchen holen. Und auch diverse Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Zur Galileo Wissenswelt fährt man ca. 10 min. Ins Fehmare ca. 2-3 min. In Burg kann man wunderbar bummeln gehen. Fazit...Fehmarn jederzeit wieder. Die Wohnung empfehle ich nicht weiter.
