Our 29-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located on the 3rd floor (lift available) of an apartment complex right on Südstrand.
From the window, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the marina.

It features a living/sleeping area with a double bed (180x200), a small sofa with a fantastic view of the marina, and a dining table with four chairs.
The entryway features a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

The apartment is designed for 2 adults and two children. (There is a loft bed for the children in a separate alcove off the kitchen. However, these beds are also suitable for adults if they weigh no more than 90 kilogrammes.)

Wi-Fi is available.

Two dogs are allowed. The dog-friendly beach is about 1,500 metres away.

The South Beach is actually located in the south—it’s not just named that way!
You’re just a few steps away from the Baltic Sea!

In just a few minutes by car,

The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately island-wide.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the property but can be made available for a rental fee.

From November 1 through March 31, a flat-rate energy fee of €3.00 per person per day is charged.
During the months of November and December until the start of the school break, and from January after the end of the school break through March, there may occasionally be increased noise levels in the residential complex due to possible renovation work.
