Was worried about the area

When we got there and were unloading our vehicle, we saw and heard some things that had me worried about our stay. We pressed on to give the property the benefit of the doubt and ended up loving the place as the neighbor was loud when we got there but quieted down by 8 each night and we were able to get rest. When we did see the neighbor he did say hello and was nice.

It's a clean and modern apartment, with attractive decor and color scheme. There are two bedrooms, and we slept in the one with the clearly better mattress. (After our trip we reported the pronounced dip in the one mattress, and the office manager promised to look into it.) The roadway outside is a straightaway that some locals ike to do occasional loud accelerations on, and that's audible from inside the apartment.

1st Time NOLA

When we got there it went down hill from there the lady next neighbor gave us problems from the start she bust open the door because her and the owner didn’t know we were coming. She than started saying we where to loud and keeping up to much noise. But we were coming up the stairs to get in. Then last night she sent her son over there after they triggered the fire alarm had the fire department at the apartment. But overall the property was described perfectly, bathtub was a little dirty, door knob loose, and it looked like someone had food in the carpet. The owner did speak with me but he didn’t say too much much about the lady next door at all.

Vacay

Mini getaway with family. We were about 15 mins from French quarter/bourbon street expected to be a little closer but overall it was a nice location. Had one small problem but it was handled. Would book with them again.
