Potential Galore
With a bit of effort this property could be cute as a button and more comfortable to stay in. The front of the property appears dilapidated due to some missing or falling slats in the shutters. The entranceway to the property has one motion sensitive light that works well. The other should be functioning too. The sitting area in front of the separate building at the rear of the property which sits in front of the rental unit is cute but it faces what is best described as a pile of junk. Several problems inside the unit were remedied quickly by the owner which was greatly appreciated . Attempts to strengthen the weak wifi signal were unsuccessful and we could not work from the unit as a result. The bed is comfortable and bathroom towels are great. New bed linens matching the quality of the bath towels would be a good improvement as would removing two dining chairs and replacing the round table with a small square drop leaf freeing up space in the kitchen area for a small sofa. TV remote needed for kitchen tv. Narrow table needed between fridge and stove as a place for coffee maker and toaster. Hang bedroom tv on wall and remove tableland replace with two small easy chairs. Host was communicative and receptive to suggestions for improvements. Great location.
