Excellent house for 3 families. Even with the reduced snow on copper, you can walk 200ft to a run that takes you down to the bottom of the Woodward express. For the first few days the Kokomo lift was running and that was great for the kids wanting green runs. After that lift shut down we could still ski down to Woodward but then take the copper shuttle back in the evening. The property was excellent and had a well stocked kitchen. Two sets of laundry machines was great! Excellent kitchen for cooking large meals.

We had 14 family members who all enjoyed it a lot. The space gave us all a chance for privacy as well as room to spend quality time together. With 14 people, we cooked a lot and had good kitchen space and equipment, but it was lacking in enough trash bags and paper towels. There was already trash in the garage bins when we arrived. One day a man came by and asked us to set the 2 trash containers outside the garage so trash company could empty them, but no one ever showed up to empty them. Overall, it’s a lovely home that we really enjoyed.

A few issues while we were there related to appliances, a water leak, and the bathtub stopper not working. Very small issues overall.

It is a Yes!

We took our large family for our annual trip. Very enjoyable. Lots of activities in the area. Enjoyed at the house with rooms for everyone. Communication was great, loved the big kitchen. It’s a 5 star, but Management should know that both ovens need new door seals. On a sidenote, summer is a great time to go. You’ll have the whole mountain to yourself. The entire complex felt safe, the gate at night was helpful, and the area is beautiful. Loved the hot tub!

Thanksgiving stay.

Great location and place to stay. Kitchen dishes and cookware were awesome, though the can opener sucked. The washer and dryer’s were great. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The bedrooms were spacious. The hot tub was a hit. The main TV was tricky to operate. The sleds were a hit. Could provide more paper towels and napkins. Larger bottle of dish soap would be great. Kitchen sink hot water was not very hot. Comforter on second floor had makeup stains. The oven on left did not heat well. Hopefully not user error.

This house was awesome! It was a great fit for our group of 17 (8 adults and 9 kids). We even had beds left over that we didn't use. Tons of space, very nice kitchen with plenty of counter space. The master bedroom upstairs was really great! Nice and quiet for relaxing. We just loved the house from top to bottom. Pool table was great, the hot tub was great, and the theater room were great! The driveway is a bit steep, and we found that backing in worked better than pulling in straight. We will definitely look to rent this house again!
