The approximately 25 m² and very chic 1-room apartment for 1 to 2 people is located in the attic (2. OG) of a house in Herrenpfad in the heart of Norderney. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2018 and offers everything to make you feel comfortable for a longer period of time. Shops can be found on foot, as well as various gastronomic offers and the extensive beach. In about 300 m away there are the collective parking lots. There you park your vehicle during your stay on the island of Norderney. For arrival and departure you can park your vehicle for up to one hour directly at the house and load or unload.
The apartment awaits you with individual charm, stylish furnishings and complete facilities. The apartment is divided into a combined living room and bedroom, a hallway and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for daily life.

This condo is a non-smoking condo and pets on request. Please note that we have to charge a minimum stay of 6 nights, even if the stay is shorter.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit schnellen Zugang zum Wasser (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß). In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man für den Tag benötigt. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Das Apartment ist für Paare optimal. Es liegt zentral. Strand und Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreiche
Das Haus an sich ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Das Apartment ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Es ist alles da,was man braucht. Das Apartment hat zwar keinen Balkon,aber durch die großen Fenster konnten wir an der frischen Luft frühstücken und haben somit auch keinen Balkon vermisst. Das kleine Bad ist auch sehr hell und freundlich.
Für ältere Menschen oder Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen ist das Apartment evtl nur bedingt empfehlenswert,da es im Dachgeschoss liegt.
Wir würden das Apartment aber jederzeit wieder buchen.
Und zum Schluss noch ein Dankeschön an die nette Dame,die sich so toll um das Apartment kümmert.
