Altbau mit Mängel

Wohnung war muffig und es roch nach Schimmel. Boden war wellig und Laminat zum Teil schlecht verlegt. Viele Stolperfallen in der Wohnung. Macht insgesamt einen etwas herruntergekommenen Eindruck. Viele Kleinigkeiten summieren sich zu einem negativen Eindruck. Eine Tür und ein Fenster zur Terasse waren nicht zu öffnen. Die anderen beiden Türen waren schwer zu öffnen. Ein Upgrade täte gut. Möblierung ist gut und geschmackvoll. Das zugehörige Seehaus ist ca. 1,6 Km entfernt und zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Sportgerät wie SUP vorhanden. Idylles Häuschern. Sehr nett.
