The holiday home, built in 1998, is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Baby bathtub (1 unit) and high chair (1 unit) are available free of charge upon request.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 7 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 15 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Air conditioning in every room, in total 9 devices in the house. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom 70 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Stations in different languages.


Location
Balatonboglár. The holiday house is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The owners have a small Havanese dog. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Air conditioning in every room, a total of 9 units in the house. Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. Channels in various languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August 5 m x 10 m 1.5 m deep).
