Zu kalt
Die WHG war deutlich zu kalt.der Ofen gibt zu wenig Wärme ab. Die Bodenheizung lief quasi nicht, der Zulauf war kalt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war nicht beheizbar. Die Vermieter waren bemüht, könnten aber keine Abhilfe schaffen. Wir sind nach zwei Tagen abgereist

Die Ferienunterkunft war toll. Alles so, wie beschrieben! Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass es Ihnen bei uns sehr gut gefallen hat.
Es tut uns leid, dass das Internet nicht stabil zur Verfügung stand. Wie bereits Vorort mit Ihnen besprochen, gab es leider zu diesem Zeitpunkt im gesamten Haus keine Internetverbindung, was auf Probleme vom Internet-Anbieter zurückzuführen war.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen.

+ Apartment größer und schöner als abgebildet + Apartment sehr sauber in Bezug auf

+ Apartment sehr sauber in Bezug auf Corona-Maßnahmen
+ Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, Aufenthalt konnte problemlos um einen Tag zu verschoben werden
+ 2 Stunden vor Check-In durften wir schon einziehen
+ großer Korb Holz für den Kamin sowie eine Flasche Wein und Pralinen wurden uns bereitgestellt
+ Ruhige Lage und nah zum Strand
- Die weißen Sofas waren schmuddelig. Schade, da man die Bezüge des IKEA Ektorpsofas waschen kann
- Bei den beiden batteriebetriebenen Dekolichtern waren die Batterien leider leer
- obere Etage nicht nutzbar, weil eiskalt
- Matratzen dünn und hart
- Bettwäsche 100% Polyester
- Betten mussten selbst be- und abgezogen werden. Wofür hat man die 51,50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt?
Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir definitiv wieder buchen würden. Vielleicht wird die Kritik ja berücksichtigt. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir uns dann besser eindecken z. B. mit eigener Bettwäsche und Fön.
