The Langdon House combines sophisticated design with the natural beauty of the Smokies. Expansive windows fill the home with light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The contemporary kitchen and spacious dining area are perfect for family meals, while the cozy living room features a Smart TV and a gas fireplace for added comfort.

We welcome up to 2 dogs with a signed agreement and a $300/dog fee paid after booking.



Long Term Living:

Looking for a comfortable, furnished home in Sevierville for an extended stay? We’ve got you covered. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for reservations between 28 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.



Less than a 20-minute drive to Parkway, Dollywood, and The Island Pigeon Forge. Less than a 30-minute drive to the outdoor adventure that awaits in Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

All these popular attractions barely scratch the surface of what Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer.



Families, friends, and couples come to Gatlinburg to enjoy it all. Ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.



Getting Around:

Access to this home is a slow, gradual rise on curvy, but well paved roads. Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

- Up to 2 Dogs (only) are welcome for an additional $300/dog fee, charged after your confirmed booking, and a signed pet agreement.

-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
