Spend relaxing days in our 'Apartmenthaus am Bodden' in Wiek, which is only about 10 minutes walk from the bay. Located in a quiet residential area, our apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. You can expect a comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor, terrace with seating area, sunbathing area, beach chair, possibility of using the grill, free parking and bicycle storage. Cot and high chair are available free of charge. There is a washer and dryer available for a fee. From Wiek you can explore the island, use the local attractions (harbor, restaurants, surfing, kiting ...) or just relax. In the immediate vicinity are numerous excursion possibilities. Swimmers will find in only a few kilometers away various swimming / beaches such. For example, the longest sandy beach on the island, the Schaabe.

Ferienwohnung hätte mehr Potential, zwar sauber aber für 4 Personen zu klein

Das Apartment war für vier Personen ausgelegt, für drei Erwachsene empfanden wir es als zu eng. Die Wohnung befand sich im EG hinterer Eingang. Leider war es ziemlich dunkel und etwas muffig in der Wohnung. Die Fotos im Inserat sind leider mit Rollläden unten fotografiert worden, wahrscheinlich wäre es sonst zu offensichtlich gewesen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht im Preis inbegriffen, die musste man als Gast mitbringen. Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist winzig, man kriegt fast Platzangst. Hier ein Babybett aufzustellen, wie wir es vor hatten, war unmöglich. Eine der Matratzen war total durchgelegen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zwar da, haben aber mir 6€ Wucherpreis. TV ist super klein und auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Was gut war: Grillnutzung und Strandkorb im Garten. Für uns war es eher eine Notbuchung, da wir uns recht kurzfristig für einen Urlaub entschieden hatten. Der Preis mag fair erscheinen, wenn die Ansprüche eher gering sind.

Gut bei sommerlichen Temperaturen

An sich gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Aber nicht für kühle Tage geeignet. Ich hatte für 2 Tage gebucht, bin aber direkt am Morgen nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist, da das Haus bei 15 Grad Außentemperatur mit den vorhandenen Miniheizkörpern nicht warm zu bekommen war. Ich bin niemand der schnell friert, aber die Tempartur war kaum merklich höher als außen. Zudem ist die Heizungsanlage so programmiert, dass die Heizung abends komplett abschaltet und um 22h auch das Wasser langsam zu kalt zum Duschen wurde.

Ein schönes Stückchen Deutschland

Die Möglichkeiten auf Rügen sind ja unendlich. Wir bereuen nichts. Gerade von Wiek aus erreicht man den schönsten Strand von Rügen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Und wenn man dann noch so eine schöne Unterkunft hat von der aus man die Insel Erkunden kann, ist alles perfekt. Die Ruhe tat uns Stadtmenschen einfach nur gut. Der Garten war optimal um sich einfach nachts auf die Wiese zu legen und die Sternschnuppen zu zählen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch mehr als genug. Und man findet auch Läden die nicht überfüllt sind. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an unsere sehr liebe Vermieterin. Liebe Grüße aus Leipzig.
