Spend relaxing days in our 'Apartmenthaus am Bodden' in Wiek, which is only about 10 minutes walk from the bay. Located in a quiet residential area, our apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests plus toddler. You can expect a comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor, terrace with seating area, sunbathing area, beach chair, possibility of using the grill, free parking and bicycle storage. Cot and high chair are available free of charge. There is a washer and dryer available for a fee. From Wiek you can explore the island, use the local attractions (harbor, restaurants, surfing, kiting ...) or just relax. In the immediate vicinity are numerous excursion possibilities. Swimmers will find in only a few kilometers away various swimming / beaches such. For example, the longest sandy beach on the island, the Schaabe.

Silvester in Wiek

Nach Heizungsausfall dauerte es 3 Tage, bis 20 Grad erreicht waren, Bereitstellung einer elektr. Zusatzheizung wurde abgelehnt. Keine Rückmeldung nach Reparaturversuch… Außenbeleuchtung defekt, zum Aufschließen der Haustür ist jedoch Licht notwendig. Stehlampe defekt Fernseher ging am 3. Tag kaputt. Kein Radio o.ä. vorhanden. Edelstahltöpfe und Pfannen stark verschlissen bzw. ungereinigt. Sauna nicht vorhanden oder geschlossen. Insgesamt enttäuschend, wir haben in dieser Preiskategorie schon sehr viele besser betreute Objekte erlebt.

Geht so

Die Wohnung ist an sich gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, relativ neu, auch das Bad. Leider hat die Fewo einen etwas unsauberen Eindruck gemacht. Zwar waren WC und co sauber, aber überall waren Spinnweben und eine Vielzahl an Weberknechten an der Wand. Offenbar wurde die Wohnung nicht kurz vorher gereinigt. Die Betten sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für uns war es ok, da wir auf dem Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben, das erstaunlich bequem war. Der Check-In und Check-Out liefen kontaktlos. Das war ok. Leider waren die Angaben zur Fewo nicht so ganz aufschlussreich. Es handekt sich um ein Doppelhaus mit insgesamt 4 Fewos. Allen teilen sich einen Grill. Die Terrasse war sehr klein, sehr unscheinbar, aber abgelegen. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, die sich auch alle 4 Fewos teilen. Zum Aktivieren der Waschmaschine müssen 6€ in 1€ Münzen eingeworfen werden. Das hätten wir gern vorher gewusst, denn ich habe die Maschine fest eingeplant und letztlich war uns das Münzensammeln zu mühselig. Alles in allem war die Fewo ok, aber nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Och kam mir nicht willkommen vor.

Alles ok

Die modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hält was die Beschreibung verspricht. Die Betten sind mit relativ dünnen Matratzen auf Lattenrost etwas gewoehnungsbeduerftig, ansonsten alles super.

Objekt ist ganz O.K.,Fernsehgerät setzt nach dem Einschalten für ca.10 Min.immer wieder aus,Fenster müßten mal gereinigt werden,vor allem innen im Rahmen,Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig (Lattenroste)
