Walk To Everything - Garden View

Beautiful renovated garden unit with private entrance and patio. Only steps to the beach and local shops. Queen size, full size, and another sofa bed in the living room. Wi-Fi and premium cable.

This is our premium unit that is also used by the owner so it is a step above in terms of amenities and furnishings.
It is a one bedroom unit that is very quiet as it faces the shared garden. The unit has a private terrace with a table, umbrella and 4 chairs.
There is also an outdoor faucet and outdoor shower right next to the terrace.
The bedroom has a modern queen size four poster bed. A desk and desk chair and club chair are also located in the bedroom.
The living room has a modern DWR sofa that folds flat into a bed that sleeps one additional guest.
The flatscreen TV has many premium channels such as HBO and Showtime.
The kitchen, which is open to the living area features premium Bosch appliances and a Viking range, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a full range of pots and pans, an ice cream maker, toaster, coffee maker , cooking utensils, dishes glasses and more.
There is also a Bosch washer and dryer set in the space that may be used by our guests.
The updated bathroom has a window facing the backyard.
This unit is used frequently by the owner. There are designer furnishings, Italian light fixtures, premium appliances and original artwork as well as many special touches in the unit that make it unique.

We are always available through the booking platform. We have tried to automate as much of the process as possible. However, we are locals and love to give recommendations.

Location, location, location... Lauderdale By The Sea is quickly becoming one of the hottest spots near Fort Lauderdale. Amazing beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and a great fishing pier are just steps away.

Uber is very affordable and easy from our location. You will have a parking space if you need it and we are located within a short walk from everything you need for a great beach vacation.

There is a private walkway that leads to this units entrance at the back of our building. It has gravel and large round concrete pavers. Possibly not great if you are handicapped or injured. Please see the image in the photo section.

A copy of a picture ID will be required for reservations at this property to prevent credit card fraud.

Convenient and clean!

The location is perfect. Only a couple blocks from beach access, a few blocks from Publix and a bit longer but easy/quiet walk to many restaurants. Everything was very clean and the appliances are very nice. The shower could use an upgrade but it was fine. Outside space was private and enjoyable. Easy checkin and amazing response time from the property managers before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Mostly great

This was a cute little unit in a handy location. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants. The firm bed was wonderful for my back. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and had a nice full size fridge. The laundry was also handy but we never found an iron to go with the ironing board. We also liked the peaceful yard but didn’t find a barbecue as listed. We didn’t like the lingering cat (?) odour in the bathroom or the need to tighten the toilet seat that was very loose on arrival. We also found hairs in the bathtub. The bathroom in general needs a renovation to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the unit. Overall, the location and convenience would have us recommend this place.

Lauderdale by the Sea

This property was very nice and so convenient to the beach, restaurants and Publix grocery, none more than a 10 minute walk. The enclosed back yard was a peaceful oasis, great for sitting out with morning coffee or reading. Upgraded appliances, washer/ dryer were a plus. The mattress were not as firm as we like, can’t help that. Pull out couch in the living area was so low to the ground, a bit of an effort to get up and down. Bathroom needs some work, maybe a new valve for the shower and a mat for the tub. All in all though, a nice property for our stay!

Perfect Location, very clean and quiet

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described, close to everything and very comfortable. The back yard was like an oasis. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would rent again in the future.
