Great cute studio suitable for up to three people stay. It was remodeled recently 2025 and location is amazing, 5 min walk to the ocean and best beach in South Florida, Lauderdale by the Sea. The house is in downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. You have everything within 5 min of walking distance. If you come with your own transportation there is a free car parking in front of the house. We charge 10$ for the second car. Property sleeps up to 6 people. Has 1 twin bed, 2 queen and a couch . We offer coin laundry on the property . Ask us if you need coins. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has the best beach for diving after Key West in Florida.
The local pier is just a minute walk from the house and it is a perfect place to fish or await the sunrise.
Fort Lauderdale beach is 5 min away by car.
Miami beach is 40 min by car
Fort Lauderdale Airport is 15 / 25 min away from the property.
Port Everglades is 15/20 min away as well.
The house is fenced for privacy with live trees. Dogs can not be let unattended.

Nice little cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the property! We booked it because of the outside space and it was great, but very hot. Perhaps a fan outside would make the outside area more enjoyable.

Vacation in Lauderdale by the sea

We enjoyed the location of this Vrbo. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. We took the water taxi to our line areas we wanted to visit.

Lovely Cottage

I had a wonderful stay in a Lovely Beach Cottage. It was in a great location close to the Beach Restaurants. Lauderdale by the Sea is a lively area with lots to do. The Cottage is very modern & clean. Denise couldn’t be a better Host. I highly recommend this property & will hopefully be welcomed back.

Keese’s Cottage-1

Modern cottage close to the beach and restaurants. Like others mentioned it could get a little noisy but wasn’t an issue in the back bedrooms. Tried to visit their cute Greek restaurant a couple times but they are busy so I’d recommend making a reservation. Overall would recommend

Quick getaway

We had to come to Fort Lauderdale last minute for my daughter’s first National Judges cup for gymnastics. Hotels were pricey & my girls wanted to be close to the beach, we always wanted to be within walking distance of all the cool stuff. This was an excellent pick, wasn’t too pricey (definitely better price than the hotels) was close to everything even the beach. The girls& I loved it. It was close nice & comfy, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Owner was super nice & friendly, I’d definitely stay there again.

Great location, cute place

Love staying here. The location is fantastic. That is with an easy walking distance of a great beach and a number of wonderful restaurants. We ate at Aruba a couple of times which was pretty spectacular sitting out on the sand under the palm trees at night. We highly recommend that you stay here.

Location was great and it was very convenient having the Walgreens so close. The unit was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. Short walk to the beach is very nice. We plan on staying again!

Great location

Perfect location for a quick weekend in the Fort Lauderdale. Lauderdale at the Beach is a cute little town and this property puts you right within easy walking distance. The unit was clean and the manager was helpful.
