Location and great value.

The place is very quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The best feature is the location. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The ocean is so close, and they provide you with chairs and umbrella. The manager Rob is there 24/7 and all you have to do is ask him and he will take care of anything you need. The owner Wayne visits quite often and is just as helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Wayne’s property. It is a block away from the beach and all the activities of downtown. The apartment is updated, clean and comfortable. There are 3 tv’s so everyone can be entertained at the same time. We hope to stay there again next year!

The property location is perfect. Very close to bars restaurants and the beach. Was there for 30 days and didn’t move my car. The accommodations were as advertised although I had a two bedroom and none of my friends came down! The owner and Rob were extremely nice and attentive. I’m coming back next year!

Property owner answered any and all questions in a timely manner. Property manager that lived on the premises was kind, courteous and super attentive. Property was very close to the beach and within walking distance of all restaurants and bars, we will definitely stay again five stars for sure!

Absolutely fantastic location. About a block from all th restaurants and the beach! It was wonderful to be able to walk to everything and be able to go back and forth! I didn’t like that place smells like cigarette smoke (from the neighbors I think) and the ally next to the main bedroom can get loud at night (from people walking and the bars). However, Wayne was very attentive whenever we had issues and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was extremely clean, as well as, the outside property. What me really made me happy is that I did not see one bug in the apartment the whole week we were there. It's in a great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and as close as you can possibly get to the restaurants and bars. Wayne answered my email right away whenever I had a question and Ron was wonderful. He's very friendly and polite and always asking us if we needed anything. My husband didnt want me to give a high rating because he's worried that everbody will want to book a stay here and then there won't be any vacancy when we want to come back. Lol. But honestly, I highly recommend staying here. I know we will be back!!!

Overall our stay was very nice. Location Location Location! Very close to the beach and restaurants. From an over 60, woman’s perspective, I’ll make some suggestions. A full length mirror on back of a door would be nice. Real wash cloths, in lieu of poly car rags, (which Rob corrected as soon as I asked), poly cloths dry before you can reach your face, a bigger coffee pot, beach umbrella was perfect, beach chairs that we could carry, were okay, a wagon was really needed, I would suggest adding to amenities, w/wagon we could have used the heavier beach chairs, a non slip bathroom rug, once sand is on the floor it is hazardous, shower hand grips are suggested , had to be very careful, if holding the door handle to steady, it swings open. Overall location was what it was all about and our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you Wayne and Rob!
