Great location and space for month long stay

Quick walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach! The spacious unit was recently remodeled and had some quirks. Property managers were very responsive to our questions and requests. Shared pool was heated and provided a nice chance to talk with the other guests.

Great Place! Great Value!

The property was very well maintanined and beautiful! Beds were comfy, and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Some of the kitchen appliances were a little worn out, and the bathrooms a little tight, but the proximity to the beach was great. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable to the Publix, and many great restaurants. We quickly realized walking to the restaurants was easier than driving. Heated pool was fabulous in the evenings. Also grateful for the beach chairs, beach toys and onsite washer & dryer. Thanks for providing a great place to make some wonderful memories!

Pro: Unit overall was nice, clean with updated appliances. Loved the location. Cons: Lack of host response to one message sent via vrbo app, 3 voicemails and one email. No response to any of that. Beach chairs terrible and a broken umbrella. Luckily I had family in the area that supplied us with beach chairs and umbrella for our stay. Broken window blind in bedroom so was unable to close all the way. Lots of ambient light, so bedroom never got dark. Doubt I would stay at this place again.

We ran a beautiful Bed & Breakfast on the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea for 14 years and have been doing vacation rentals, property management and Real Estate for the last 14 years. We live and work in Fort Lauderdale and therefore are always available for our guests. Carole and Gregory focus on guest reservations and communications while Victor and also Gregory handles check-ins and anything else the guests might need. We know the area very well and can advise you on restaurants, attractions, shopping and everything else South Florida has to offer you
