Wake up to mountain views and quiet mornings, spend the day on horseback or fly fishing, come home for a soak in your private hot tub, and finish the evening around the fire under Montana’s famously big sky.

THE HOME

At approximately 2,750 square feet, Free Spirit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s a great fit for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends who want enough room to spread out while still having comfortable spaces to gather.

Large picture windows bring the surrounding landscape into the home, while warm Western-inspired interiors give Free Spirit a sense of place that feels distinctly Montana.

There are some wonderful local details throughout the house, too. The fireplace incorporates river rocks handpicked from Belt Creek — including a heart-shaped stone tucked into the design — along with a historic reclaimed beam from the Belt Creek Gorge. Custom stonework crafted locally in Great Falls adds another connection to the area without sacrificing the comfort of a modern vacation home.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Some of the best parts of a stay at Free Spirit happen outside.

The home has its own private hot tub, outdoor fire ring, grill, dining and entertaining space, all surrounded by the open Montana landscape.

Take your coffee outside in the stillness of the morning. Come home from riding and climb straight into the hot tub. Grill dinner as the sun goes down, gather around the fire afterward, and stay outside long enough to see just how dark — and how full of stars — a Montana night can be.

DINING, CLUBHOUSE & CONCIERGE

Guests at Free Spirit also have access to select amenities at the Ranches at Belt Creek clubhouse, giving you another place to gather, relax, and enjoy the ranch during your stay.

Clubhouse amenities include a fitness room, shared hot tub, and gathering spaces, and the ranch concierge team is available to help coordinate activities, dining, and experiences.

Chef-prepared brunches, dinners, and other private dining experiences can also be arranged in advance. Spend the day outside, come back to the ranch, and enjoy a great meal without having to turn your vacation into a grocery-shopping-and-restaurant-reservations project.

A $35 daily Fee applies and is collected through Vrbo. The fee includes access to select ranch amenities, clubhouse dining, and concierge support during your stay.

Activities, guided experiences, dining, chef services, and other optional offerings are booked separately and are subject to availability. Advance reservations are recommended, particularly for popular activities and peak travel dates.
