The Property:
The penthouse includes units 11 and 12 in a fourplex with connecting doors. This setup affords privacy between the two units, including separate upper decks, but accessibility to each other if desired. Each side can accommodate up to 9 guests with 2 bedrooms. The total penthouse can sleep up to 18 and includes: 2 king rooms, 2 rooms with a queen and a twin, as well as 2 sleeper sofas in each living area.

Was a nice relaxing place, pretty view

Pretty view of lake, nice park area for children. Duplex area made it nice for our large family gathering. We did early Thanksgiving nice having 2 kitchen and living area.

Nice place to stay.

Check in was a breeze. The property manager was very courteous and responsive. Unit was in a nice area, but traffic around the area can get really backed up as it is very close to Silver Dollar City.

Family Gathering

We loved being close to the lake, plus easy access to the pool. The large living arrangement allowed plenty of space to gather as a family, with plenty of bedrooms everyone.. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but it was resolved. We had a wonderful stay.

We will more then likely be back

We had 4 adults and 7 kids, plenty of room. We had to call the office for a roku and very nice lady brought one as soon as we hung up. Had to kill a few spiders but that's expected at the lake. We will be back. It was a very reasonably priced.

Very easy checkin!

First night, at 10:30 pm, discovered we didn't have sheets for the pullout couch. Called host, and she got sheets and blankets for us even though it was late night. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family!

Disappointing

Very outdated, didn’t match pictures. There was not enough bedding for the beds, playground with some broken equipment. Host responded quickly though was a plus. In the summer the lake would make it worthwhile as it is right there.

The place was a little outdated but was in great spot. The shower and second bathroom was small but worked. Very little dishes and pans to use for cooking any meals.

Big group

We had a big group and fit comfortably in the home. We could not open one of the four pull-out couches because of the space. The beds are comfortable, with plenty of linens. The shower is small, and the home could use updating and fresh paint. Outdoor lights didn't work, and was dark going up and down stairs, which was an issue. The porch was relaxing and overlooked the Lake. The house was clean and the bedding was clean.
