About this property

Indoor Waterfall, Massage Chair and great location.

Four bedroom, two bath house. There is an awesome massage chair, also a lift chair . A beautiful Peacock waterfall and a 6'5 foot wooden giraffe, NO! 7 foot! Nice . We also have a big patio out back with a grill and a big yard. Across the street is a nice grocery store for any upcoming needs. Across the road is a golf driving range and 2 blocks away is Holiday Hills Golf club.! It is a Nice 18 hole golf course..
There is a Quiznos and Pizza World are right across the street also. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to Downtown Branson and The Landing which has many wonderful restaurants and many stores for shopping and great arcades for the whole family. It is only ten minute drive to Branson strip to enjoy all the local entertainment and attractions. We do want to tell you that the exterior picture that is currently on google maps is not recent and is nothing like the current property which is all upgraded. There is a bowling alley one block away.
We also have 2 other properties listed here on VRBO.com that you can contact me and i will send you the links. One of my condos is a two bedroom condo with 2 king beds and a sleeper sofa.

Awesome for people with problems with stairs. House is clean, beds are good, we totally enjoyed the house, the area and location is great. Plan on staying again next year

Great location, and wonderful family memories.

The house is in a good location and owner was very accommodating. I do think it needs to be known that the house is an older home without hallways, so you do have to pass through bedrooms to get from one end to the other.

Wonderful little gem.

This was a great place to stay. We had 5 adults and had ample room. Nice and peaceful. Back deck and outdoor kitchen were very nice. Convenient to all of Brandon’s attractions. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Family Girls Getaway

Great place to stay. Close to downtown Branson yet private, quiet and surrounded by trees. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dining space. The living room is spacious.

Relaxing time

Layout of the house was weird but it worked out ok for us. We were gone alot enjoying all Branson had to offer. Was nice we were across from Dollar General and a grocery store. Also Pizza World across the road was amazing. Wasn't to far away from all the shows we went to.

We loved our stay! Beautiful home!

The house was clean and spacious enough for our large family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The only thing weird thing was having to go through 2 bedrooms to get to the living room but that wasn't really a problem for us because we were gone during the day and just hung out at the huge dining room table when we were at the house if someone was in their room. We had a great time!

Convenient Home

Loved the location of the property. Just a couple minutes from Branson Landing and a short drive to Taneycomo or Bull Shoals. There’s a grocery store as well as a dollar general directly across the road. Also located very near many playgrounds we could take the kids too. As previously stated the bedrooms can be a little weird, but not a deal breaker for us a family with children. Kitchen and beds very clean. Would definitely visit again.

This place does not match pics AT ALL. Dark, dirty, mold on curtains in sitting room. Mouse droppings, bunk bed stuck in closet. Had to go thru bedrooms to get to the sitting room which, doors blocked plus paddle lock on outside. No way out if emergency. Back deck- was not useable. Trash and live traps. Tarps on roof, abandoned car and boat in side yard. Not convenient to Walmart or fast food as posted. Would NOT recommend!!!

House didn’t match the pictures!

Definitely disappointed in our stay here. We reached out to the owner to share our frustration and got no response from them. The pictures listed show the house clean and new but it was different in person. The bunkbed had a deflated, blow-up instead of a real mattress, the other was a terrible stiff/hard mattress. Dust was all over the low hanging fans over the beds. The pillows were old, one of beds had hairs on the inner sheets, another comforter was old and stained and different from the pictures. It just didn’t feel as clean as it should be. The patio had old leaves all over the floor and on all the chairs, tables had not been wiped down. Again, messy, not inviting and not like the pictures advertised.

Bedbugs!

This property had the prospects of being a really good fit for us. There were four bedrooms and two bathrooms which is great. Biggest problem was that there were bedbugs. There were HUGE and tiny ones which tells me that this is NOT a new problem. The worst bed actually had the newest mattress which I thought was strange. We had to go to a hotel during the night and we’re so thankful that we found the bedbugs before we had stayed there very long and had not really unpacked yet. We would have brought bedbugs home to five different houses. The owner openly admitted on a three-way call to VRBO the next day that he had set a trap and had caught some so he knew they were there and let us stay anyway! There was a mouse in the kitchen which isn’t a huge deal (I know they come in during this time of year). He said he didn’t know about it, but there was mouse poison under the cabinet. The key was not where it was supposed to be but we eventually found it and it did unlock the back door so we were able to get in even though the owner never picked up our phone call. (I wonder if it is incorrect in the information section) and eventually the owner did message us the code but by then we did not really need it. The roof had two or three tarps on it and and the floors were dirty enough that we could not walk around in our socks. The house smelled musty and the fountain water smelled terrible and we could not even run it. The only saving grace of the trip was that the guy refunded our money, paid for our three nights in a hotel and gave us an extra gift for the trouble. But by then , we had spend so much of our short time moving accommodations and being exhausted from being up half the night that it out a severe damper on our short trip to the area.

Branson Getaway

Plus: Good communication, Host was generous to bring over nessesary kitchen item, plenty of beds and bed linens. Negatives: Property needs lots of upkeepAirconditioning was NOT workingYard was over grown and not well keptCleanliness was subpar, nessesary places were clean but windows corners cobwebs were not cleanKitchen was not stocked well, had missing nessesary items to function like rags, 1 oven mitt, spatulas, outdoor kitchen and grill were unusable and one had a nest in it, nothing to clean the grillBugs were bad- ants, cockroaches, 3 recluse spiders and ticks. Place needs quite some maintenance before it is stayed in again!

Cozy and spacious

Our travel basketball team stayed here for a tournament. The owner was very kind. The home was spacious and comfortable. Towels, tp and lots of other supplies were surprisingly stocked to the max! Extra bedding was so helpful. We loved grilling out and using the outdoor space! Thanks for having us!

The home is very nicely located and not in sight of neighbors. Good for short drives to Branson and the famous Landing which has many things to do and see. Boat rides , food, arcades, bowling and much more. Easy parking . Newly remodeled.
