Monthly Rental: This home is located within a short ten-minute walk to UNH and downtown Durham . It features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 50-inch television, 2 bedrooms w/comfortable queen beds, full-sized bathroom w/shower, and downstairs den/workspace. Driveway Parking.

A small studio apt with its own separate entrance is located in the rear of the house. The apt is currently occupied by a two year resident UNH graduate student. A laundry room adjacent to the den is shared with the student.
