Our 33 m² apartment, which was completed in 2018, is designed for up to 3 people and is located in the south-eastern part of Nuremberg.

The modern apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating, has a fitted kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and small appliances), bathroom with shower, a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and sofa with sleeping function, as well as a television and WiFi access.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment on request. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. An iron is also included in the apartment. Ironing board available.

Bus stops and shops are nearby.

Excellent apartment, quiet area, but good bus links to train stations. Nearby supermarket (REWE) and seversl restaurants (Chinese and Vietnamese) and an excellent take-away pizza within 5 mins walk (Pizza 1). Host was very friendly and extra helpful. Great experience and thoroughly recommended.

Perfect, everything that's needed

We had a great time at the apartment. Located in the peaceful suburbs, away from the noise and traffic but still plenty of transportation options, stores and restaurants nearby. It was clean, plenty spacious and had everything we needed (hairdryer, coffee maker, water cooker, ...). The property is above the owner's home, but well insulated against noise, both outside and inside. It has a separate entrance and a parking space next to the house, which is a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were easy as Walther, the host, speaks fluent English, and gave us a little tour when we arrived. The Siemens training centre (reason of our visit) is just a few minutes by car, or 25min on foot. The Messe (event hall) and inner city of Nürnberg are also easily accessible (bus/car). We would gladly return, much nicer than a much more expensive hotel!

Brand new modern apartment

The apartment was brand new, and spotless. Honestly never stayed anywhere as clean! The bed was very firm, but also the most comfortable 'firm' bed I had ever slept on. Walter, the owner, was very kind to pick us up on first day and drop us off on the last. He lives downstairs yet didn't mention that, and we only realised later. Unfortunately this apartment is not practical for the fair. It is 20 min walk across field to the most direct bus stop to subway - which is pitch black at night. Doesn't sound far, but when it is raining / snowing (and freezing) this is not practical. We paid $15 Euros each way for taxi to take us to subway each day. I'm sure Walter might have taken us had we asked, but at first we didn't realise he lived downstairs, and second we did not feel it right to ask him for such a service daily. Transport issues aside though, if you have a car, then this place is pretty close to perfect otherwise!

Das Zimmer war sauber und deutlich größer als wir erwartet haben. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile die sogar einen Backofen beinhaltet. Handtücher werden gestellt, es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, einen Esstisch mit drei Stühlen und sogar ein Sofa auf dem 2-3 Leute Platz finden. Das Bett ist relativ hart aber hier kommt es einfach auf die persönlichen Vorlieben an. Ich konnte gut schlafen. Wir waren im Herbst dort, daher kann ich nicht sagen, wie sich die Temperaturen im Sommer verhalten, aber es gibt immerhin ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter das man zur Not öffnen kann. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Nürnberg kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. In unmittelbarer Umgebung zur Unterkunft gibt es diverse, gute Restaurants und in die Stadt kommt man schnell entweder mit dem Auto oder der Bahn. Vielen Dank für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil sie schon von den Bildern her sehr Ansprechend aussah. Was wir allerdings vorgefunden haben übertraf alles an Freundlichkeit vom Vermieter, Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung und Accessoire der Kücheneinrichtung. Nichts hat gefehlt. Sogar Getränke standen im Kühlschrank bereit, die aufs Haus gingen. Wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken das unserer Aufendhalt in Nürnberg mit dieser Ferienwohnung, wenn auch kurz, zu einem Erlebniss wurde und können sie auf jeden Fall sehr empfählen.

Sehr willkommen gefühlt

Eine tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser charmanten, kleinen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt.
