The bathroom is equipped with a tub, sink and shelf. A hair dryer is of course available.

The furnishings include a sofa (two-seater) and an armchair, dining table with chairs, chests of drawers, floor lamps, ceiling lights, flat-screen TV and radio / CD.
Bedroom:
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, single bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.

In the house there are: sauna, infrared cabin, ski room, play room, table tennis

Detailed description of the location of the accommodation:
The Bergschlössl house is on a hill, quietly in a cul-de-sac. The center, our ski area, the Hocheck cable car can be reached in a few minutes.

Holidays in the mountains: hiking or mountaineering up to approx. 2400 m, swimming in our natural lakes or just taking a leisurely stroll, there is something for everyone. You can reach sights, beautiful alpine pastures, romantic mountain lakes without driving far. Excursions to nearby Austria, for example to the Zillertal (60 km), Innsbruck (80 km) or Kitzbühel (40km), are available. In winter skiing on the Hocheck with floodlights or 3 km on the illuminated toboggan run into the valley. The Sudelfeld ski area is approx. 20 km away.

Oberaudorf-Kaiserreich The climatic health resort and winter sports ground Oberaudorf is located in the Upper Bavarian Inn Valley and is an ideal and relaxing vacation spot for young and old in all seasons, paradisiacal for hikers, mountaineers, skiers and cyclists, rich in grown culture and traditional traditions.
Kufstein in Tirol is just around the corner. Innsbruck, Munich and Salzburg are also just under an hour's drive away. The extensive entertainment and event programs ensure carefree, entertaining leisure activities.
