The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue possibility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. 3-leg for kettle goulash fireplace.

Leányfalu. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. Escape-proof for dogs. Fence height to the street 2 metres. The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (Girls’ Village), 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
