The Yannis beach houses consist of 3 separate cottages, object-Nr. 2803866 (HomeAway), object-Nr. 2875499 (HomeAway) and object-Nr. 2804844 (HomeAway), on a large plot, directly on the wide, sandy beach of Agios Gordios, and is ideal for those guests who want to experience a relaxed Beach holiday close to the sea.
The 3 cottages are located at the North corner of the Bay, in a quiet location, directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Gordios, on a 8,000 sqm property with Mediterranean planting. Inside the property there is a lot of open space for guests, lawn, garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities available. This absolutely quiet location guarantees rest and relaxation!!
The equipment of the holiday houses is simple.
In this area there are only a few few private vacation properties and no hotels. Supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, as well as various leisure activities are within walking distance. A rental car is therefore not strictly necessary.
Apartment cleaning, towels and bed linen is changed twice a week.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft. Drumherum gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine richtige Parkmöglichkeit ist ein Parkplatz, der ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt liegt. Direkt am Strand gibt es selten einen freien Platz. Uns hat das aber in keinster Weise gestört.

Schönste Lage von Korfu und wir kommen wieder

Wir waren bereits das 2. mal dort und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt bis auf eine Spülmaschine :-) Die Lage ist einfach genial und der Ort klein und beschaulich. Das Meer direkt vor der Haustüre und durch die Sträucher und Bäume auch genug Schatten um sich auszuruhen.

Einfach nur Fantastisch!

Das Strandhaus liegt dierekt am Strand von Agios Geordios, man kann nach dem Aufwachen direkt im Schlafanzug ins Wasser rennen. ;-) Es beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Nebenan befindet sich die Alo-Bar, in der man wunderbar und auch zu fairen Preisen essen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und erfolgte prompt. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit aber, als wir anreisten, sind wir auf den Parkplatz vom Restaurant "ARK" gefahren, der Wirt kam sofort und meinte, wenn wir dort etwas trinken oder zu Abend essen, hat er kein Problem, wenn wir das Auto dort stehen lassen...Problem gelöst! Yannis Beach House?...zu jeder Zeit wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Wir haben mit 2 Familien hier eine tolle Osterwoche verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist nicht super modern, aber dafür gut geschnitten, hat zwei Bäder (sehr wertvoll bei vielen Personen) und eine riesige Terrasse mit 2 Essplätzen, vielen Liegestühlen und einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen ist, direkt am vorderen Teil der Terrasse geht ein Weg vorbei, auf dem bei uns nicht viel los war, aber im Sommer vielleicht. Also wenn man eher für sich sein will, nutzt man den hinteren Teil der Terrasse, hat dafür aber keinen Meerblick mehr. Wir wurden super betreut, es wurde in der Woche 2x geputzt und 3x der Müll geleert. Fußläufig erreicht man zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte. Direkt nebenan ist auch ein Restaurant. Kleines Manko: die Betten waren für uns alle sehr hart. Wir merken uns diese Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Super tolle Lage schönes großzügiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben das Haus und die Lage sehr genossen. Es gab 3 Terrassen wobei auf 2 große Eßtische stehen mit Stühlen, so kann nan immer in der Sonne sitzen. Liegestühle sind auch vorhanden. Bei uns war es noch etwas kalt im April aber auch dies war kein Problem da man mit der Klimaanlage auch sehr gut heizen konnte. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder 😎Achso gleich direkt am Haus daneben ist deine Bar und die Menschen laufen direkt am Haus entlang, sollte dies jemand stören.

Pretty good house

This house is wonderfully located right on the beach with lots of good places to eat within a very short walk. There were a couple of downsides. First, the access to the house is by a wooden walkway and bridge which has partially collapsed. It would be very difficult for anyone elderly or with restricted movement to access the house. This probably ought to be made clearer. Secondly, there is no indoor living area. This doesn't much matter as the outside space is great if the weather is good. Third, there is a restaurant right next door which was closed when we visited but worth knowing about. Finally, the beach by the house is a bit dirty with lots of debris eg tyres and tubes and an unsightly collapsed house nearby. However the beach a little further along is very nice and it's lovely to be so close to the sea.

Villa agréable dans joli jardin les pieds dans l’eau

Séjour très agréable grâce au jardin face à la mer, salon de jardin comprenant 2 grandes tables, plusieurs chaises longues, mais la villa elle-même ne comporte pas de pièce à vivre ni de salle à manger — une table dans la cuisine, équipement ménager un peu succinct. Je recommande cette location .

Direkt am Strand neben der Alobar. Das Essen konnte man sich auf die Terrasse bestellen und beim Sonnenuntergang genießen. Netter Vermieter. Super Strand und im Dorf gibt es alles was man braucht. Supermarkt, Geldautomat, Restaurants und Bars.
