Exclusive 3-room maisonette comfort apartment in the Helgoland Avantgarde overlooking the maritime marina on one side and the Jade Bay on the other side. Enjoy the flair of this apartment with direct access to the bathing and surfing beach of the North Sea city of Wilhelmshaven.

The maisonette apartment is located in the Erd- and 1. Upper floor of the Helgoland Avantgarde, a representative residential complex on the southern beach of the North Sea city of Wilhelmshaven. On the ground floor is the open living / dining area overlooking the marina marina and direct access to the south beach. In the 1. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the larger one is equipped with a double bed, the smaller one with a sofa bed. Both rooms overlook the inland harbor. The apartment has its own parking space.  The apartment is fully equipped and offers the following extras: Wifi flat screen TV, DVD player, piped music, coffee and espresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster bicycles

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 11:00.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage mit guter Ausstattung

Direkt am Deich zum Jadebusen und am Hafen gelegen, ist es hier doch schön ruhig und alles Nötige ist im Haushalt vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Allerdings könnten die Fenster mal wieder geputzt werden :-)
