DESCRIPTION Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, right on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with natural light and a balcony to the quiet and green courtyard. The apartment has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. (Market days are Wednesday and Saturday) There is the typical mix of antique shops, countless cafes and a variety of restaurants, art shops, galleries, antique shops and small businesses. Many small and large shops in the immediate vicinity attract you to a varied shopping. House rules -No parties or events. -Leave the room as you found it! You don't have to do any deep cleaning, just pick up your garbage and keep things clean. -No Smoking. - No loud music after 9pm weekdays // 11pm Friday - Saturday Be nice to the neighbors! A cleaning fee will be charged and is included in the final price.

Perfect stay

Great area close to public transportation. Laundromat right across street, Close to grocery stores, bakery and cafes. We had a pefect time in Berlin.

Great area, close to multiple U&S stations. 3rd floor with working lift. Good size sleeping/living area for 2 people . Includes balcony with table and chairs.

BERLIN IN THE SUN

Very nice wee studio in perfect location with restaurants aplenty nearby, best meal ever at Saigon Food. Fortunately it was gloriously sunny for late October so spent some time everyday on the balcony with only red wine for company, we get on well. Would definitely stay here again should Berlin come calling in the future as the apartment has everything needed for a short (or long) stay.

Dirk ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und schnell zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist ein grosser Bonus.Die Wohnung ist basic und sehr hellhörig (Man hört die Nachbarn husten), aber sauber. Es gibt einige große Flecken auf der Gardine im Wohnzimmer, die aber nur abends zu sehen sind. Das Bett ist bequem, die Kopfkissen allerdings eine Katastrophe. Der Fernseher ist schon recht betagt, das Bild nicht gut und das zdf leider nicht vorhanden. Die Duschstange im Bad ist zu niedrig angebracht. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist dürftig. In der Küche sind zwei Lampen defekt und die Wanduhr stehengeblieben. Der Aufzug ging leider Aal dem 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr, aber dafür kann Dirk nichts. So bleibt man fit …

Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Kommunikation lief super und die Lage war sehr zentral: S-Bahn, Supermarkt und leckere Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Sehr gut war auch der zugehörige Parkplatz zur Wohnung. Das Parken dort wäre sonst sehr schwierig gewesen.

Wohnung müsste mal auf defekte überprüft werden.

Hallo , ja was soll ich sagen, bin ein wenig entteuscht vom Zustand der Wohnung. Toilettenspülung defekt, Wasserrohr undicht, Staub in der Wohnung. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine verdreckt, unerwünschter Besuch des Vermieters morgens um 9:30 Uhr( am Tag nach der Anreise ) ohne klingeln oder klopfen die Wohnung geöffnet. Das geht gar nicht sorry, werde auch prüfen ob ich eine Mietminderrung gelten mache. Bitte auf eine Rückmeldung. Gruss Thorsten Weber

Sehr geehrter Herr Weber, leider haben sie uns erst nach ihrer Abreise per Zettel über die Toilettenspülung informiert, selbstverständlich hätten wir sofort den Schaden behoben, hätten sie mich zeitnah informiert. Ein unbeschwerter Aufenthalt unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Nach dem wir Kentniss vom Schaden hatten, haben wir noch am selben Tag die Reparatur durchgeführt. Auch den Reinigungszustand haben sie nicht bemängelt während ihres Aufenthalts , auch hier hätten wir selbstverständlich sofort nachgearbeitet. Wir werden in Zukunft noch genauer die Elektrogeräte kontrollieren. Für die Störung habe ich mich bei ihnen entschuldigt, hier hat es sich um einen Irrtum im Reinigungsplan gehandelt. Selbstverständlich gehen wir nie in eine bewohnte Wohnung ohne Absprach und Voranmeldung. Liebe Grüße Dirk Bukow

Comfortabel verblijf in Berlijn

We vonden het appartement erg prettig, goed breed bed, kleine keuken en nette badkamer. Prima, alles wat je nodig hebt, schoon. Afgesloten parkeerplaats. Perfecte ligging, dichtbij het centrum, maar in de directe omgeving leuke restaurants, supermarkt, gezellige buurt!

Eine sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon - wir haben es sehr genossen dort unsere Ferientage zu verbringen. Auch die Unterbringung für Auto und Fahrräder war optimal!

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig aber sehr zentral und ist auch per ÖPNV leicht zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos in der Anzeige. Gleichwohl hat das Mobiliar seine allerbesten Zeiten hinter sich, sodass mir der Preis für das Gebotene etwas hoch erscheint.

Kurztripp in schönem Umfeld

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Kurztripp mit Handgepäck. Alle Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Lebens sind vorhanden, z. B. Klopapier, Seife, Spülmittel, ETC. Die Lage ist super, zum U-Bahnhof, zur U2 sind es nur ein paar Meter eben so in naher Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten, abends essen zu gehen oder ein Bierchen zu trinken. Der Vermieter ist super nett und zuvorkommend, insgesamt ein toller Kontakt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen ...
