This home is completely updated, modern kitchen, large backyard for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors as you spend time re energizing your energy after a fun filled day downtown South Haven at shops, cafe's, restaurants, marina's, beach walk, bike paths and of course beautiful Lake Michigan. Located within a few minutes walk from the South Beach Blue Stairs to South Beach across from Kids Corner Park. This home is great for those looking to vacation without stairs to access bedrooms. There is also a option to rent the golf cart that is at this house.

Walk to the beach!

Clean house and very comfortable. All of the beds were really nice and bedding was super soft! The kids loved the bunk bed and the wagon we used to walk to the beach. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay.

Good, but there is room for improvement.

The cosmetic home improvement was lovely and on trend! It was nice to have a laundry area to use as well as beach accessories like chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. The outdoor deck and patio were very accomodating however, we weren't able to get the gas fire feature to work. The downside.....the front bedroom (across from the bathroom) had a broken leg on the bedframe. The major crack in the driveway was a safety hazard. Three people in our party required treatment after getting into/out of our vehicle. Also, a second bathroom would be nice but it looked like that is something that may be in the works in the basement. It also would have been nice to be able to control the thermostat instead of being controlled remotely. The frontdoor security lock was challenging and we could have used simple instructions on how to use. All in all, we enjoyed South Haven and appreciated the quick response when we called about the AC thermostat. Thank you!

Our South Haven vacation

This was a great property. Perfectly sized for the size of our family. Our only challenge was only one bathroom for 5 adults. But we managed. I wanted to use the gas grill but the gas was empty. I purchased a gas refill for about 35 dollars.

Property is better than the pictures!

Spacious, nice living room in back off the kitchen opens onto nice deck, with additional seating behind the garage. Comfortable beds. I would recommend.
