Includes shared beach and dock access just steps away! Enjoy coffee and/or cocktails on the deck with lake & mountain views. Backyard overlooks several acres of woods; great opportunity to see many kinds of wildlife. Located on a private dirt road with minimal traffic making it quiet and safe for kids and families.

Natural light fills this beautiful home. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom includes a King size bed, closet space, private bathroom, and lake views! 2nd bedroom includes a unique reading nook, queen size bed, twin bunk beds, large closet, and dresser for storage. Bedrooms are equipped with sound machines to make for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully stocked; including basic cooking ingredients and a variety of kitchen tools. Includes dishwasher and double ovens/double microwaves. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with views of the lake. Cozy den overlooks the wooded acreage and includes 50" flat screen & DVD player, along with a Sound System and huge variety of CDs. Radiant floor heating for those cool summer nights. Private backyard with BBQ grill and patio area! Free access to Washer/Dryer. Professionally managed and maintained.

Great location - exactly as advertised

Overall, I would recommend this property and location. The write up is accurate. Pros: Location- property is off the beaten path, great views, very quiet and peaceful with natural light. Property owner was very responsive and kind. Enjoyed the small area atmosphere and general stores. The weather did not work out to use the kayaks, but appreciate that they were there for use. Cons: The only TV in the house did not work. (The owner was not able to get anyone to come look at it while we were there.) The pillows were not comfortable in any room. ——- We did not spend a lot of time in the house, but we were very glad it was a quiet area. We would come back again.

Beautiful Seymour Lake getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed for a perfect lake vacation with the family. There was even a welcome package of Vermont maple syrup and pancake mix 😄. Sheena was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We definitely will stay here again if we make it back up to Lake Seymour next summer.

Amazing Amenities, Spectacular Location

The property was immaculate and charming, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need and more. The location was quiet and serene, and the lake was spectacular.

It was a beautiful weekend and accommodations were excellent.

We had everything we needed for a long weekend away. I just got a message stating additional charges were do. Could you please let me know the reason for these extra charges?

The location is one of the prettiest in New England. The house is immaculately clean and well-kept. It has everything you need for a wonderful trip to the Kingdom. Everyone on the Host-side was a pleasure to work with.
